How do I download my transaction information?

Answer:

Online banking information can be downloaded to Quicken, QuickBooks, or in comma delimited format. Log into online banking and click on the account name to access "Transaction History." Select the desired time frame, click "Export," and follow the on-screen prompts.

If you have problems downloading the information into your financial software, contact the customer service representative of your software company.
