ACH Schedule for Memorial Day

Business Online Banking ACH files must be received by Thursday, May 23, in order to settle before the upcoming federal holiday (Memorial Day). ACH files received on Friday, May 24, will not settle until Tuesday, May 28.

Answer:

The survey is sent to business and consumer clients who have a valid email address on file and have given permission to receive marketing emails. Consumer clients must be over the age of 18. We have excluded current employees of First Interstate from the survey.
