Business Online Banking ACH files must be received by Thursday, May 23, in order to settle before the upcoming federal holiday (Memorial Day). ACH files received on Friday, May 24, will not settle until Tuesday, May 28.

Why is my debit card not working?

Answer:

There are several reasons your debit card might not work, including the following:

  • The card is not activated.
  • The card is bent.
  • The card strip is damaged.
  • A suspect transaction has resulted in a temporary hold placed on the card.
  • The card is compromised, and a temporary hold is placed on the card.
  • Trying to pull from an account not attached to the card.
  • Merchant processor problem.

For more information on why your debit card is not working, contact your local branch or the Client Support Center at 855-342-3400 Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mountain Time, and Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
