What To Do If Your Card Is Lost or Stolen

If you find that your debit or credit card is lost or stolen, take immediate action to have your card cancelled and a new card reissued to you.

During our regular business hours, call Bank of the Cascades Customer Service at 541-617-3500 or 877-617-3400 Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) or Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. PT.

After hours, call either of the following numbers that are staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year:

To report a lost/stolen Cascade ATM/debit card, call 1-866-546-8273.
To report a lost/stolen Bank of the Cascades credit card, call 1-800-442-4757.

If you prefer, leave a detailed message with your contact information. You will receive a call back no later than the next business day.
